I became a coach for one reason. My mum passed away at 60. I've battled with my own mental health, been bullied for being chubby, had a six pack - and scrutinised my body in both states. I know what it feels like to look in the mirror and still not be happy with what you see. That's exactly why I do this work.
Some women come to me with real physical pain - hip replacements, knee arthritis, injuries that have quietly stolen their confidence and their independence. Others are exhausted by decades of the same voice in their head telling them they're not enough. Most of the time it's both.
