What's the minimum commitment?
I ask for a minimum of three months because real change takes time and I won't pretend otherwise. If you don't feel it's helping within the first 30 days, you're welcome to leave and I'll refund that month.
Can I switch tiers?
Yes, absolutely. If you start on the entry tier and want to move to the full package, we just have a conversation and sort it.
What happens on a discovery call?
We talk. You tell me where you are, what you've tried, what you're hoping for. I tell you honestly whether I think I can help. No hard sell, ever.
Is this just for women?
Yes. I work exclusively with women over 40.
