A little about myself and

 My Story

I became a coach for one reason. To help people live better lives than my mum did, and as I did for many years. My mum passed away at the age of 60. I had mental health issues since I was 13 and diagnosed with alopecia.

Whether you are young or older, bigger or smaller, depressed, low in confidence or have an injury, you can achieve anything you put your mind to with the right support and guidance.

Imagine yourself at your best. How does it make you feel? Have you been there before? You can be that person again—all you need to do is take action.

I get where you're coming from. I know it is not easy. Before, I lay in my bed till late afternoon, so I would not need to face the day. I've had no money or food. I was homeless for a few weeks when I lived in Tenerife.

I've lost people very close to me, and I was never happy with my body or even myself.

But that all changed at the start of lockdown when I invested in myself. I have turned my life around and now help others do the same. Age is only a number. You can get fitter, stronger and more confident.

I've experienced more lows than highs throughout my life journey - but I haven't regretted a thing, and I continue to push myself every day and week to be a better version of myself.

 SO WHY AM I THE COACH FOR YOU?

I’m not going to make you sweat it out in the gym for hours or restrcit you from foods you love. I will help you look forward to your training and eat the foods you love, guilt free.

Suffering from body dysmorphia and alopecia, I know how difficult it is to be in a constant battle with your thoughts. But by setting goals, working on yourself, and making an effort, you can also transform your mind and body.

Being a qualified nutrition, bio mechanics and mental health exercise and fitness coach, I believe I can help you get back to your best.

My mission is to help you overcome your biggest challenges and help you become the best version of yourself!

 

 Whatever your fitness goal is - I will show you the best way to achieve it in a minimum amount of time. Most importantly, I'll teach you how to sustain it for the rest of your life, so you'll continue to develop into the best version of yourself!
