The last few months have been a proper journey for me, sounds cheesy but it’s true! I’ve learned so much from you in such a short space of time but I know I still have so much to learn. I feel like I am in control of what I want to achieve and I don’t feel like I’ve had to dramatically change my life to do get there. Going to the gym and my classes have become such a huge part of my life and it’s so important to me now as I know how it makes me feel. After a class or PT session with you, I always feel great. I’m getting stronger and fitter and feeling better about myself and that’s all I ever really wanted. I also love the fact that I didn’t have to dramatically change my diet to achieve those results. I might have been able to achieve them quicker but for me to still be able to have my takeaway on a Saturday and my bottle of prosecco I’m delighted with. I’ve learned so much from you Chris and really appreciate your support and guidance throughout this period and I can’t wait to see what we can achieve over the next few months. Never did I ever think that I would love deadlifting or be able to do a full-body press up but with your help, I’ve been able to do both and also feel confident in the gym and not like an imposter who shouldn’t be there.
