Being a gym-goer for roughly five years, I thought I knew what I was doing in the gym. I joined Chris 12 weeks ago, and it has taught me I knew very little. The knowledge he has is incredible!
My goal was to become stronger physically/mentally and more disciplined within my eating habits. Today I am the strongest I’ve even been, and this is because Chris knows exactly how to train someone to achieve their own individual goals. Due to work commitments and having a young family, I can’t always make it to the gym 3-4 times per week, so Chris creates home workouts for me. Learning how to lift correctly with the proper form had helped massively as I always had lower back pain when I went to the gym in previous years... this has completely gone now! By learning more about nutrition, I have even combatted digestion problems I suffered with for years. I was constantly bloated and never understood why but after speaking to Chris, he has taught me how to keep a food diary and eliminate certain foods from my diet.
Chris can’t do enough for his clients, from creating webinars, nutrition guides, meal prep ideas to even just being there for his clients as friends and someone to talk to.
Twelve weeks in, I see changes in my body that I never thought I would, and it’s all down to training, education & advice from Chris.
