The last few months with Chris have been a real eye-opener to what's important to lead a healthy lifestyle. When I first signed up with Chris, my main goal was to lose weight for my 30th birthday as I was feeling really rubbish about myself and thought that would make me feel better. However, Chris quickly made me realise that there are other factors to feeling good about yourself and your happiness shouldn't be determined by a number on the scale. I've focused on improving sleep, nutrition, self-care and training in the gym and am now feeling incredible and growing more confident as time goes on. I've dropped the focus on weight loss as I've had so many social events this year and Chris has helped me find a balance between enjoying myself while being able to work towards my goals by putting the work in at the gym and fuelling myself with good food, being flexible when I need to be. As a result, I've seen the inches come off and more importantly, I'm feeling stronger and happier within myself. I can't thank Chris enough for adapting my mindset and being a really supportive coach and friend as I work on leading a happier and healthier life. I'm really excited to see what progress we can make in 2022!
