I’ve never really had the will power to stick to a diet, I was always saying I’d start again on Monday. Sound familiar? We’ve all done it.

I hated the idea of going to the gym on my own or even doing any kind of exercise on my own. I had to have a “Gym buddy” and that works until they can’t make it one week and that in turn means you don’t go because you don’t want to go on our own. Since meeting Chris I have gained the confidence to go to the gym on my own and not feel intimidated or like I’m being watched or judged. Having him as a coach means I stick to my diet, eat better foods that benefit me and my body and now have the education I never knew I needed about food/calories/nutrition. He is very in touch with mental health and is very big on his clients learning and talking about it, which I find very important especially with what we’re all going through atm. Before we all went into lockdown I was continuing my performing career a cruise ship performing Grease the musical and since having no option but to come home in March I am now working in retail to earn a wage, so mental health has been a real big thing for me, this year especially. Chris has pushed me and supported me over the last couple of months and genuinely makes me feel so comfortable during sessions that I feel I’m not only gaining strength and confidence in myself and losing weight but that I’ve gained a new friend too. He’s so relatable and is always there for his clients pretty much whenever they need advice or a chat. Couldn’t recommend Chris anymore if I tried
